Patti Modzelewski is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Gentuity, LLC since July 2025, Patti also holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Shawmut Corporation, the largest independent provider of laminating services for technical fabrics in the U.S., since December 2020. Prior to these roles, Patti worked as Vice President of Talent & Culture at Soft Robotics Inc., where innovative automation solutions were developed for various labor-intensive markets. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Localytics, a SaaS company focused on mobile data analytics, and Director of Human Resources at Horizon Discovery, a biotechnology firm specializing in genomics and personalized medicine. Patti holds a Master of Science in Administration with a concentration in Innovation & Technology from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Lesley University.
