Dena co-founded and served as COO for Everything Matters Co., an NDIS service provider focused on delivering innovative programs that foster individual development and community participation. Dena's earlier career at bp spanned from September 2011 to September 2018, where roles included Continuous Improvement Manager and Project Management Officer, contributing to SAP integration initiatives. Dena also coordinated projects at Total from August 2007 to April 2011, enhancing skills in project support and cost analysis.
