Susan Tucker

Susan Tucker (SPHR) has extensive experience in human resources management. Susan is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Genuine Cable Group since March 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Exela Technologies from November 2018 to March 2020. From June 2011 to April 2017, Susan worked as the Human Resources Manager at RECARO North America, where they played a key role in strategic planning, advising leadership, and managing HR initiatives. Susan also served as the Human Resources Director and Vice President at Oxford Bank from June 2000 to October 2010, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as benefits administration, talent acquisition, and policy development. Susan's earlier experience includes working as the Human Resources Manager at MSX International from June 1994 to January 2000 and as a Human Resources Administrator at Gilbar Engineering from October 1990 to June 1994.
