Andrew Khan

Andrew Khan is a seasoned Agile Coach and Scrum Master with extensive experience in managing Scrum teams and facilitating Agile transformations across various organizations. Currently serving as an Iteration Manager at Genuine Parts Company since July 2018, Andrew focuses on building strong relationships with leadership to drive a multi-year Agile transformation journey and creating communities of practice. Previous roles include Agile Manager at Cotiviti, managing Scrum teams for application development, and Agile Coach at MATRIX Resources, where Andrew successfully transitioned teams from waterfall to Scrum methodologies. With qualifications such as CSM, CSPO, SAFe, and PMP, Andrew is adept at fostering collaboration, ensuring team accountability, and enhancing development processes, significantly improving efficiency in software delivery. Andrew holds a BBA in Information Systems from the University of Central Arkansas.
