Rebecca Wood

Rebecca Wood, PHR has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Rebecca has held various roles in HR management and analytics, as well as HR generalist and administrative positions.

Beginning their career at JDA Software/E3 Corporation as an Executive Sales Assistant, Wood then moved on to PRGX where they worked as an Administrative Assistant, HR Executive Assistant, HR Generalist, and finally as a Sr. HR Analyst. While at PRGX, they implemented policies and procedures to ensure compliance, developed workforce analysis, and managed compensation programs and HR metrics.

Wood then joined Genuine Parts Company, where they served in several senior leadership roles. As the HR Manager, they provided HR support and managed day-to-day operations. Rebecca later became the Manager of Employee Services, overseeing employee support functions. Wood then became the Director of the Employee Service Center, responsible for managing a team of 60 associates and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience. In their most recent role as the Senior Director of Workforce Technology and Analytics, Wood developed and implemented global processes and data structures, managed HR compliance programs, and successfully managed a divestiture and transition services agreement.

Rebecca Wood, PHR obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Information Systems from Eastern Illinois University, graduating in 2000.
