Kevin Boyd

Kevin Boyd is an experienced senior executive and non-executive director with a strong background in finance and audit leadership. Currently serving as Senior Independent Director and Audit Chair at Galliford Try since March 2024, Kevin also holds positions as Chairman and Non Executive Director and Audit Chair at Genuit Group and Bodycote plc, respectively, since September 2020. Previously, Kevin was the Senior Independent Director and Audit Chair at EMIS Group plc until October 2023 and served as CFO at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc and Oxford Instruments plc from April 2016 to September 2020 and August 2006 to April 2016, respectively. Kevin's earlier career included a role as CFO at Radstone Technology plc from March 2003 to August 2006. Kevin holds a BEng in Electrical & Information Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, completed in 1986, and received earlier education at the Royal Belfast Academical Institution.
