Jeffrey (Jeff) Ringer has over 30 years of experience in financial management and consulting. Jeffrey (Jeff) has worked as a Principal and Fractional CFO for various small to mid-sized businesses, providing financial consulting services on a part-time or project basis. Jeffrey (Jeff)'sexperience includes working with a retail grocery business, a SAS technology business, a web development business, a not-for-profit social service agency, an industrial equipment manufacturing company, a software application and services business, a wholesale gift business, and various franchising projects.

Jeffrey (Jeff) was also the CFO for Coolibar, Inc., a high-growth, private equity-backed e-commerce business that sells UPF50+ sun protective apparel. Additionally, they served as the CFO for Unbank Company, a privately held retail financial services business, where they were responsible for strategic, operational, and financial management, as well as the acquisition and integration of a 12-store chain in New York City.

Earlier in their career, Jeff worked as the Chief Operating Officer for Arthur Shuster Inc., the Chief Financial Officer for Twin City Fan, and the Chief Operating Officer for Interactive Learning Group. Jeffrey (Jeff) also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Game Financial Corporation, a publicly traded financial services company, where they managed financial operations and all M&A activity, including the sale of the business.

Jeff started their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. in the Audit Division. Jeffrey (Jeff) holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.

Jeffrey (Jeff) Ringer holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota.
