Kelsey Lockhart is a Research Specialist and Research Embryologist at Genus PLC since June 2021, with prior experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Missouri-Columbia, focusing on paternal influences on early embryo development in cattle from August 2019 to May 2021. Kelsey also worked as a Biological Science Aid at USDA-ARS, exploring the impacts of probiotics and environmental stressors on piglets and calves from August 2016 to June 2019, and as a Research Lab Assistant investigating chronic pain in dairy cattle from September 2015 to May 2016. Kelsey earned a Master's degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences, Management from Purdue University.
