Sandi Reed is an experienced project and delivery lead with a comprehensive background in managing and delivering technology and CRM solutions across various industries. Currently serving as the Enterprise Systems Delivery Lead at Genus PLC since June 2023, Sandi previously held the position of Agile Delivery Manager at BMW Group from June 2015 to May 2023, where leadership was provided to a DevOps team for a global MS Dynamics CRM rollout. Sandi's expertise includes project management consultancy for Berkeley Group Holdings Plc, senior project management roles at Visa overseeing significant digital transformation initiatives, and various project management positions at Fujitsu Services and IBM, managing multimillion-pound programs and leading diverse teams while enhancing operational performance and implementing new technologies. Sandi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Politics from The University of Sheffield.
