Victor Constantinescu

Victor Constantinescu is currently the Head of Business Development and Program Management at GenVivo, Inc. Victor previously held positions at Takeda as an Associate Director and at Shire as a Research Manager. Victor has extensive experience in managing manufacturing and technical operations in the biopharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, technology transfer, and facility expansion. Victor holds a Master of Engineering in Bioengineering from UC San Diego.
