Alex Bobkov

Alex Bobkov is a seasoned IT security professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of IT Security at Genworth since November 2016, Alex previously held roles including IS Security Manager and CSIRT specialist. Prior experience includes five years as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Genworth Australia, where responsibilities encompassed architecting and implementing complex corporate data and application infrastructures. Alex also has a background as a UNIX Engineer and Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at SOUL/TPG, focusing on UNIX systems, cloud solutions, and storage technologies. Earlier positions include IT Infrastructure Engineer roles at GS1 and eStyleISP, as well as Middleware Engineer at Internet Fabrica Ltd. Alex holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from State Technical University.
