Cassandra Peacock

Cassandra Peacock, LTCP, has extensive experience in the insurance and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Lead Technical Training Representative at Genworth since May 2015, where previous roles included Lead Coaching and Escalation Representative and Senior Customer Service Representative. Additional experience includes a Sales Associate position at State Farm and a Licensed Sales Producer role at Allstate. Cassandra also held the position of Regional Direct Sales at Nationwide Insurance. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Supervision at Southern New Hampshire University, Cassandra previously earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
