Justin Nichols, A-CSPO, has extensive experience in management and leadership roles across various sectors. At Genworth, Justin served as Senior Manager in Application Development, Product Owner, and Senior Manager for Long Term Care Claims. Prior experience includes positions at Allianz Global Assistance as Team Leader in both Customer Service and Claims, as well as Claim Examiner. Additionally, Justin held the role of Assistant Store Manager in Sales at OfficeMax and worked as Merchandising Supervisor at Academy Sports + Outdoors. Justin is a graduate of Belle Chasse High School, attending from 1997 to 2001.
