Milad Jamali

Milad Jamali is a seasoned professional in real estate investment management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Investment Management at Genworth since June 2004, Milad is responsible for sourcing, credit review, underwriting, and closing commercial real estate investments exceeding $3.5 billion, achieving a consistent annual growth rate of 25-35%. Previously, Milad held the position of Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Investments at GE Capital, where strategic efforts doubled the Northeast region's real estate investments from $200 million to $400 million annually. Milad's career began at MONY Life Insurance Company as an Assistant Vice President, contributing to the closure of over $600 million in real estate loans. Earlier experience also includes financial analysis at MCI Funding Group Inc. and product development at First Brands Group, LLC. Milad holds an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services and a B.S. in Chemistry with a Minor in Mathematics from Sacred Heart University.
