Robert Vrolyk

Robert Vrolyk has extensive experience in the actuarial field, starting as an actuarial student at Sun Life Financial in 1975. Robert held various roles within Sun Life Financial, including Vice-President positions, until 2009. At Genworth Financial, they served as Senior Vice-President & Corporate Chief Actuary, overseeing the Actuarial Community across different lines of business. Robert also worked as an Investment Actuary at Paul Revere Life Insurance Company before becoming an Independent Consultant at Actuarial Thinking, LLC in 2016.

Robert Vrolyk began their education journey at McGill University from 1970 to 1975, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics & Computer Science. Robert furthered their studies at various institutions, obtaining degrees in Actuarial Science and Business Administration. In 2005, they completed the Master Level Coaching program at Hockey USA. Additionally, they participated in leadership and self-improvement programs at the Center for Creative Leadership and Harvard University.
