Toni Ness

Toni Ness has extensive experience in corporate governance and sustainability, currently serving as Vice President, Deputy Corporate Secretary, and Chief Sustainability Officer at Genworth since May 2004. Prior to this role, Toni held various positions at Genworth, including Vice President and Deputy Corporate Secretary, Assistant Secretary and Corporate Governance Counsel, and Corporate Governance Counsel. Toni's career in corporate governance began at GE Capital as Corporate Governance Counsel from January 2002 to May 2004, following earlier experience as a lawyer at Nationwide from January 1995 to December 2001. Toni holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Capital University Law School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business.
