Michelle Schmitt

Michelle Schmitt, CDMP has extensive experience in marketing and production roles. Michelle is currently serving as the Marketing Director at Genz-Ryan, where they lead all marketing initiatives and oversees various activities including video production, social media, digital marketing, and PR. Prior to this, they worked as a Content Producer at Creative | Marketing | Producer, where they developed creative marketing plans, created videos and print content, and managed branding and PR initiatives. Before that, Michelle held the position of Director of Marketing - Creative Services/Production at EVINE Live Inc., where they managed a team of producers and project managers and handled high-profile communications with vendor partnerships. Michelle also has experience as a Managing Producer and Senior Producer at EVINE Live Inc., specializing in on-air promos and image. Michelle began their career in 2004 at ABC Radio as a KQRS Promotions assistant.

Michelle Schmitt, CDMP, completed their education at the University of Minnesota from 2000 to 2004. Michelle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations. In 2018, Michelle attended the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, where they obtained their CDMP in Digital Marketing.
