Genza e.V. is a non-profit association founded in Germany to support integration, empowerment, and active participation of people who chose Germany as their new home.

Our mission is to build bridges between cultures and societies, offering guidance, knowledge-sharing, and community-driven projects that make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

Through initiatives in education, adaptation, social engagement, and local integration, Genza e.V. provides resources, events, and programs that help newcomers and international professionals not only to find their way, but also to thrive in their new environment.

We believe in inclusivity, equality, transparency, and sustainability. By working together, we aim not only to support those arriving in Germany but also to strengthen the country’s social and cultural landscape with the diverse contributions of global citizens.
