David Penn II is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and geospatial analysis. Currently serving as a Project Manager at GEO-Instruments since January 2020, David previously held a similar role at the Georgia Department of Transportation from January 2017 to December 2019, where responsibilities included managing multidisciplinary highway right-of-way projects and conducting geotechnical assessments. David's background also includes work as an Engineering Technician II at Terracon and a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority. David holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Southern University, obtained in 2019 and 2015, respectively.
