Leray Rinne has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Starting from 1997, Leray worked as a Project Manager at Chase Machine and Engineering, where they designed, sold, developed, and installed specialized converting lines and machinery.
In 2002, Leray joined AMTROL, Inc as a Facilities Engineering Manager, where they managed and trained teams in lean manufacturing techniques, specified processes and controls for quality maintenance, and analyzed margins for product channel viability. Leray later became the National OEM and Retail Product Manager, defining, developing, and specifying products for OEM engineers, buyers, and the retail industry.
From 2012 to 2014, Leray worked at Yankee Supply Company as an Industrial Handling Equipment Sales Rep, where they identified and developed customers, cold-called potential customers, and provided solutions for safe and efficient transportation and storage of products.
In 2014, Leray became the Production Manager at Bell Power Systems, LLC, overseeing production operations until 2017 when they joined LBI corp as a Business Development/Sales Engineer, focusing on developing business and sales.
Lastly, Leray is currently working at GEO-Instruments as the Vice President Eastern Region (from July 2023) and Operations Manager (since April 2018).
Leray Rinne attended New England Institute of Technology from 1991 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
