James Hsiao

James Hsiao has a wealth of experience in the semiconductor industry. James began their career in 1997 at Nanya Technology as a Senior PI Engineer. In 2005, they moved to Inotera Memory Inc. as a Department Manager/Director. In 2017, they were promoted to Technology Senior Director at Innotron Memory Co. In 2018, they moved to Gigadevice Semiconductor Inc. as a Foundry Senior Manager. In 2021, they were appointed as Device and Tech. Center Director at UMC. Most recently, in 2022, they were promoted to Manufacturing Engineering Director at GEO Semiconductor, Inc.

James Hsiao obtained a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering from National Taiwan University.
