Klaartje Verbeeck

Klaartje Verbeeck has extensive experience in operational and human resources management, currently serving as People Operations Manager at GEO SOLUTIONS since June 2014, focusing on the employee journey, wellbeing, and development. Prior roles include Operations Manager at the same company, where resource planning and the coordination of the Geo Academy were key responsibilities, and several positions as a functional analyst with a strong emphasis on agile methodologies at both Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer and the Departement Mobiliteit en Openbare Werken. Klaartje began their career as a researcher at VITO and was a PhD Research Fellow at KU Leuven. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Bio-science engineering from KU Leuven.
