Lauren Hicks

Lauren Hicks is currently the UK Insurance Lead at Geobear Global, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this, Lauren served as a Client Executive in the Public Sector at Marsh from August 2022 to September 2025, managing a portfolio that included British Overseas Territories, Housing Associations, NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, and National Parks. Experience also includes working as a Placement Manager at Thomas Carroll Group plc from September 2021 to July 2022 and serving in various roles including Client Adviser in the Public Sector Practice at Marsh from October 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities encompassed a wide range of insurance classes. Earlier experience includes an Account Manager role for Private Clients at Lockton Companies from February 2013 to September 2017, and beginning as a Trainee Account Manager. Lauren Hicks completed high school education at King Edward VI Five Ways Grammar School from 2007 to 2013.
