Martin Kerstein

Martin Kerstein has extensive experience in community management and development within the gaming industry, currently serving as the Community Volunteer Special Programs Manager and Community Management Lead at Geocaching HQ since October 2016. Prior experience includes roles at Microsoft as a Community Manager for the Windows Insider Program and consultant positions. At ArenaNet, Martin played a key role as Head of Global Community, leading a team to enhance community engagement for the successful game Guild Wars 2, while also effectively managing social media strategies resulting in significant audience growth. Previous positions include Community Team Lead for Guild Wars at NCsoft Europe Ltd. and various roles focused on community coordination and network administration. Martin holds an education from Ruhr University Bochum.
