Colin Kelly

Colin Kelly is a GIS Application Data Engineer at GeoComm since April 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Prior to this role, Colin served as a GIS Analyst at Tesinc, LLC from August 2019 to April 2023, and held the position of Senior GIS Consultant at the County of Santa Clara from November 2021 to November 2022. Colin's career also includes a stint as a GIS Specialist focused on Water Resources at AB Consultants, Inc. in June 2019, and as Lead Student Planner for the Indiana County Office of Planning and Development from January 2019 to May 2019. Early experience includes working as a Land Surveyor at AB Consultants, Inc. from June 2012 to August 2015. Colin earned a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning/GIS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 2015 and 2019.
