Gina Cornelius

Gina Cornelius has extensive work experience in software development, project management, and business analysis. Gina started their career as a Business Analyst Manager at Creative Memories in 2004 and later became the Director of PMO and Business Analysis. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Director of Consultant Information Systems, where they directed the planning of strategic direction for consultant systems.

In 2014, Gina joined Thatcher Technology Group as a Project Manager, where they managed projects and supported client requests. Gina also served as a key contact for client relationship management and communications.

Since 2015, Gina has been working at GeoComm, where they have held various roles. Gina started as a Product Owner/Business System Analyst and later became the Manager of SQC and Requirements Management. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Software Development Manager and then as the Director of Software Delivery from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Software Development at GeoComm. In this role, Gina oversees the software development process and ensures timely delivery of high-quality software products. Gina also acts as a liaison between software development and other departments.

Throughout their career, Gina has demonstrated expertise in leading teams, managing budgets, and achieving customer satisfaction. Gina has also contributed to process improvements and strategic planning in various organizations.

Gina Cornelius holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Speech Communications from the University of St. Thomas. Gina has also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute since 2002.
