Chanelle Marchand

Chanelle Marchand has a diverse work experience that spans from internships to leadership roles. Chanelle began their career at Hyatt Regency Vancouver as a Lobby Ambassador Intern, where they excelled in guest services. Chanelle then moved on to positions at various companies, including Impres Pharma Inc., BuildDirect Technologies, and Strategy Consulting Initiative. At UBC Sauder School of Business, they served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant. Most recently, Chanelle held roles at GeoComply, starting as a Commercial Account Intern and progressing to roles such as an Operations Strategy Lead.

Chanelle Marchand completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom with Honours) degree in Operations & Logistics at UBC Sauder School of Business from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Victoria from 2018 to 2020. In 2023, they also attended WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management for a brief period in the field of Business/Commerce, General. Additionally, they have received certifications such as "Management in Times of Crisis" from The University of British Columbia (2021), "Data Analysis with Excel Badge" from the University of Victoria (2020), and "Certificate of Excellence in Engagement" from the University of Victoria (2019).
