Penelope McQueen

Penelope (Penny) McQueen is a skilled operations leader with extensive experience in managing and driving continuous improvement across various organizations. At GeoComputing Group LLC since January 2020, Penny leads operational support and project services for RiVA implementations, enhances the operational support team, and oversees cybersecurity programs. Prior roles include Manager of Organizational Quality & Continuous Improvement at SOFEC, where Penny promoted a culture of quality and implemented process enhancements, and as Senior Information Systems Manager at BHP, responsible for a significant budget and leading a team in transforming subsurface computing operations. Penny's earlier experience includes various roles at Schlumberger, focusing on account management, recruitment, training quality, and product marketing. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Geophysics from Flinders University and a BSc (Hons) in Petroleum Geology and Geophysics from the National Center for Petroleum Geology and Geophysics.
