Terri Kanouse

Terri Kanouse has a wealth of experience in the environmental and waste management industry. Terri currently serves as the Director of Hazardous Waste and Third Party Operations at Geocycle, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Systech Environmental Corporation, where they held various roles throughout their tenure. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Director of Operational Excellence, Health & Safety. From 2010 to 2018, they served as the Director of Support Services. And from 2007 to 2010, they were the Business Unit Manager, overseeing the full operations of seven facilities. Before joining Systech Environmental Corporation, Terri worked their way up from an Operations Manager to a Site Manager at the company, overseeing multiple plants and managing hazardous waste fuels. Terri's expertise includes overseeing safety, HR, customer service, pricing, legal, and financial aspects of operations, as well as managing budgets and forecasts.

Terri Kanouse pursued their education starting from 1978 to 1983, where they attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology. Following this, from 1995 to 1997, they furthered their education at Indiana Wesleyan University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business.
