Previously, Tim held various managerial roles at Wheelabrator Technologies from 1994 to 2019, including Plant Manager, where responsibilities spanned team leadership, financial oversight, and compliance. Tim's career began in the US Navy as a Boiler Technician, establishing a strong foundation in technical operations. Tim's consistent focus on safety, efficiency, and personnel development has been a hallmark throughout the professional journey.
