Michael Masterson, CIPM, currently serves as Manager of Portfolio Analytics at Geode Capital Management since February 2014, previously holding the role of Sr. Performance Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as Performance Analyst at Batterymarch Financial Management, where responsibilities involved project management and the implementation of an attribution reporting system. Michael also held the title of Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Financial Services and worked as a Performance Analyst at Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge, focusing on investment performance returns and composite portfolios according to GIPS standards. Earlier in their career, Michael was a Sr. Custody Fund Accountant at Mellon Financial, overseeing cash flow processing and asset reconciliation. Michael earned a degree from the College of the Holy Cross between 1997 and 2001.
