David B. Horn

David Horn has over 35 years’ experience providing accounting and financial leadership, always with a hands-on approach. He specializes in flexible economic models that serve as the basis for both operations and specific capital transactions. He has raised nearly $1 billion in capital over his career. Horn holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Controls from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Dickinson College. He was awarded his CPA certificate by the State of New York with honors. In addition to finance and accounting he has deep experience in operations, business planning, IT and Human Resource management.
