Alexander Geisse Dirsch

Alexander Geisse Dirsch is an HR Talent and Development Coordinator at GEODIS since May 2021, with responsibilities that include the complete recruitment and selection cycle, designing and implementing attraction strategies, conducting psychometric interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process. Previously, Alexander served as a clinical psychology intern at COSAM San Bernardo, where sessions involved psychotherapy, psychodiagnosis, and assessments for clients from the Court of Guarantee and Family. Alexander holds a professional degree in clinical psychology from Universidad Andres Bello (2015-2020), completed specialized training in the Rorschach test from Aprende Psicología in 2020, and has an educational background from Colegio Alemán de Santiago (2000-2014).
