Etienne Humblot has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Etienne began their career in 2008 as a Project Leader at the Florida Space Institute (NASA) and then moved on to work as an IT Strategy Consultant at AREVA in 2009. In 2010, they joined Capgemini as a Business Analyst before transitioning to Accenture Strategy in 2011, where they served as a Strategy Executive. At Accenture Strategy, they focused on improving business models and IT structures for large companies, with an emphasis on digital transformation and security. In 2013, they became a Lecturer and Temporary Teacher at IAE Montpellier. Etienne later joined GEODIS in 2019 as an Information Technology Governance Manager, followed by roles as a Strategy & Transformation Advisor and CIO Office Deputy Director. Currently, they hold the position of Group Digital & Technology Office Director at GEODIS.

Etienne Humblot has an extensive education history focused on business strategy, organizational leadership, and technology. In 2005 to 2008, they obtained an Engineer Master Degree in Computer Sciences & Robotics from Polytech Montpellier. In 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategy & Management from IAE Montpellier. Etienne continued their education in 2016 by completing an Executive Education program in Business Strategy at INSEAD. In the same year, they also completed a MOOC in Organizational Leadership from EDHEC Business School. In 2021, Etienne pursued further education in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Green IT at La Rochelle Université. Etienne also obtained additional certifications in Green IT from the Institut du Numérique Responsable and ITIL v3 from EXIN in 2021 and 2013, respectively. Additionally, they completed a course on Leading full remote teams at ESCP Business School in 2021.
