James Varner

James Varner is currently the Director of Operations at GEODIS, having previously served as the Assistant Manager of Operations where they managed a facility with three customers and 100 hourly associates. They have extensive experience in inventory control, having worked at OHL and GEODIS in various leadership roles, where they significantly improved inventory accuracy and managed P&L for multiple accounts. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Mechanical Technician at Snap-On Tools and as a Shift Lead at Silver Springs Pizza Factory. James graduated from Silver Stage High School in 2005.
