Jodi Yanovich

Jodi Yanovich is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, organizational development, and human resources management. As VP of Human Resources at GeoEdge from January 2019 to December 2021, Jodi enhanced executive team effectiveness and implemented strategic HR processes. Currently serving as an Executive & Career Coach at Jodi Yanovich Consulting since November 2018, Jodi has also held the position of Chief of Staff & VP People at Base (formerly Crowdvocate) from January 2022 to April 2025, where Jodi established a strong company culture in a startup environment. Previously, Jodi was the Head of Human Resources at WalkMe™, from May 2015 to December 2018, pioneering the HR Department and managing significant company growth. Jodi holds an MBA in Business Management specializing in Human Resources from The College of Management Academic Studies and a BA in Psychology & Business Management from The Open University.
