Phil Welker

Phil Welker, P.E., PMP, F. SAME, is a seasoned Chemical and Environmental Engineer with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as Principal at GeoEngineers since October 2007, where responsibilities include California Operations support and business development focused on the federal market. Previously, Phil held multiple positions including Associate at GeoEngineers, Program Manager at URS Corporation overseeing environmental remediation, and Environmental Engineer with the U.S. Air Force, managing significant budgets and staff. In addition to engineering roles, Phil contributed to nonprofit economic development as a volunteer with the Sacramento Area Commerce and Trade Organization. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Chemical) from Trinity University.
