Bryan Martin

Bryan Martin has extensive work experience in the field of software development and architecture. Bryan is currently working as a Principal Software Architect at Geoforce since February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Solutions Architect at Signify Health from November 2021 to February 2022.

From 2015 to 2021, Bryan worked at OutMatch HCM, where they held the positions of Software Architect and Technical Lead. As a Software Architect, they were responsible for the architectural direction of OutMatch's flagship product, the OutMatch Assess Platform. Bryan worked closely with product management to plan the execution of the product roadmap and played a key role in producing high-level estimates, technical approaches, and domain model changes. As a Technical Lead, Bryan led a team of software engineers to replace a set of monolith applications with OutMatch Assess, which now serves over 14,000 customers and integrates with major companies in the Talent Acquisition industry.

Before joining OutMatch HCM, Bryan worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Assess Systems from October 2012 to July 2015. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining and developing candidate assessment software systems. Bryan also documented coding standards and mentored junior developers. Additionally, Bryan worked with the solutions architect to initiate designs for the next generation replacement of candidate assessment software.

Prior to that, Bryan had various roles in different companies including American Home Mortgage Servicing as a Sr. Application Developer from July 2011 to September 2012, Hitachi Consulting as a Senior Consultant from June 2006 to June 2011, Mercer as a Manager in 2005, Synhrgy as a Developer from 2002 to 2005, homestore.com as a Web Developer from 2000 to 2001, and HealthAxis as a Web Developer from 1998 to 1999.

Bryan Martin attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). Afterward, they also attended Dallas College, although specific details about the duration, degree, and field of study are unavailable.
