Gordon Kaylor

Gordon Kaylor has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Gordon started their career at Northrop Grumman as a Systems Analyst, providing remote user support and desktop troubleshooting. Gordon then worked for Affiliated Computer Services as a Client-Server Analyst, managing the corporate PC lab and training new analysts. After that, they joined SRC Inc. as a LAN Administrator, managing a PeopleSoft training center and coordinating office relocations. Next, they worked at AECOM (formerly Earth Tech) as an Engineer/IT Administrator, performing civil engineering design work and managing the state-wide office network. Gordon then joined IBM (formerly Corio) as an IT Administrator, administering Windows Active Directory domains and supporting server hardware. Gordon continued their career at IBM - Applications on Demand as a SAP Administrator, managing databases and documenting procedures. Gordon later worked at PepsiCo as an Intel Services Liaison and Wintel Administrator, providing support for Windows servers and troubleshooting server hardware. Gordon then joined AT&T as an Escalation Supervisor, managing installation and repair operations and providing leadership and training to agents. Gordon worked at DialTek as a Network Administrator, managing Windows Active Directory domains and VoIP systems. Currently, they are working at Geoforce as a Product Owner, prioritizing and managing customer service requests and providing training and support for hardware and software. Throughout their career, Gordon has gained experience in various technical roles and has developed expertise in customer support, troubleshooting, and project management.

Gordon Kaylor attended Louisiana Tech University from 1983 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1996, they enrolled at The University of Texas at Arlington for Pre-Med studies.
