Michael then transitioned into civilian roles, working in various positions such as Operations Manager, Regional Manager, and now holding the title of Regional Account Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager at Geoforce. With a background in field services and logistics, Michael has proven to be successful in handling key accounts, achieving KPIs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
