Pieter Waters

Pieter Waters has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Pieter started their career at Continental Airlines as a Flight Operations Intern, where they gained experience in coding and website maintenance. Pieter then joined Astron Enterprises, Inc as a Flight Instructor and A&P Mechanic, where they provided flight and ground instruction, obtained their A&P licenses, and assisted in maintaining the aircraft fleet. Pieter then worked as a Captain at Tianjin Airlines Co., Ltd. and later at ExpressJet Airlines, Inc., where they served as a Captain for several years. Pieter joined Africa World Airlines Limited as a Line Training Captain for a brief period before joining Surf Air as a Captain. Pieter then joined Northrop Grumman as a Pilot and Geoforce Inc as a Senior Hardware Developer. Currently, Pieter is working as a First Officer at Alaska Airlines.

Pieter Waters started their education at Georgia Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1997, where they pursued studies in the field of Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering. Pieter later attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1999 to 2002, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Science.
