Alice Lidgard

Alice Lidgard has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2016. Alice began their career at Nordic Morning, where they served as an HR-generalist and HR-intern Talent Acquisition. In 2018, they moved to Bravura Sverige, where they worked as a Recruiter. In 2019, they joined DEK Technologies Sweden as a Business Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Currently, they are the Head of People at GeoGuessr, a position they have held since 2022.

Alice Lidgard attended Lund University from 2014-2017, where they obtained their Kandidatexamen in Beteendevetenskap. Alice then returned to Lund University in 2017-2018 for a fortsättningskurs in Marknadsföringspsykologi and a fortsättningskurs in ledarskap och organisation i ett utvecklingsperspektiv. Alice also attended Lund University in 2017-2018 for a course in Arbetsrätt 1. In 2020, Alice obtained a certification from TalentQ Nordic in Personality Assessment System and Ability Testing System.
