Richard Gwilliam

Richard Gwilliam is an experienced professional in intelligence and operations, currently serving as the Innovation Leader for Roke Intelligence since December 2022, where responsibilities include developing the technical vision and strategies for future markets. Prior to this role, Richard was the Head of Operations at Roke following the acquisition of Geollect, where Richard co-founded and served as COO from January 2017 to December 2022. Richard's extensive background in military intelligence spans over two decades, with significant positions in the British Army and Royal Navy, including Lead Psychological Operations Manager and Senior Intelligence Officer roles. Richard holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Management from the University of Portsmouth, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
