Asheem Mamoowala

Asheem Mamoowala is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience leading technology teams and developing software across various platforms. Currently serving as the Head of Web and Mobile Engineering at Geomagical Labs since April 2022, Asheem previously held the role of Engineering Manager - Maps at Mapbox from April 2017 to June 2022. Asheem's career at Autodesk spanned from August 2005 to April 2017, where significant contributions included engineering the next generation of AutoCAD and engaging in C++ and C# development. Early in the career, Asheem worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Southern California, focusing on GIS/Mapping algorithms and IT support. Asheem holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
