Ralph G. serves as an Innovation Manager at GEOMAR Helmholtz-Zentrum für Ozeanforschung Kiel since November 2022, specializing in knowledge transfer and scientific-based start-ups. Ralph is also the Founder and CEO of Invivo GmbH Institute for trace gas technology, leading R&D and product development since June 2000. Previous roles include Innovation, Transfer and Startup Manager at the University of Hohenheim and Patent and Innovation Manager at the University of Tübingen, focusing on technology transfer and supporting faculty members with patent applications. Additionally, Ralph was a Senior Lecturer at the University of Hohenheim from December 2008 to January 2015. Ralph holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Bonn.
