Ralph G. serves as an Innovation Manager at GEOMAR Helmholtz-Zentrum für Ozeanforschung Kiel since November 2022, specializing in knowledge transfer and scientific-based start-ups. Ralph is also the Founder and CEO of Invivo GmbH Institute for trace gas technology, leading R&D and product development since June 2000.
