Lizeth Ruiz is a production engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently working at GeoPark since October 2024, Lizeth is responsible for asset execution as a production engineer. Previously, Lizeth held the same title at Gran Tierra Energy from September 2016 to October 2024, where responsibilities included managing volumetric balances for crude oil and gas across various company fields in Colombia and Ecuador. Prior roles include operations engineer at Petróleos del Norte S.A., data engineer at Mecánicos Asociados S.A.S., project engineer at CEPCOLSA, and an internship at Cepsa. Educational qualifications include a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Universidad de América and a Master's in Project Management from Esden Business School.
