Sudharshan Ravindran

Sudharshan Ravindran has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering and software development fields. In 2020, they were the Director of Engineering at GeoPhy, where they led the head of engineering on the 3 product lines in the company, overseeing end-to-end technical responsibilities over a product line organization of 31 with 7 teams. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Engineering Manager at Engel & Völkers Technology GmbH, where they led the growth of the in-house engineering capacity from 7 engineers to 34 engineers. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Nixplay, where they led an agile software development team of 6 engineers as the technical team lead. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at AfterShip, where they led an agile software development teams of 9 engineers. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Researcher at The University of Hong Kong, where they conducted literary research and psychophysical experiments in the area of human perception and developed the experiment engines using one of C++/Python/MATLAB and OpenGL. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Software Engineering Team Lead at Demand Analytics, where they led an agile software development team of 4 engineers.

Sudharshan Ravindran completed a Master's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong in 2014. Sudharshan also completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2010. In 2009, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from Simon Fraser University. Sudharshan completed their High School education at Maru-a-Pula School (MaP) in 2006, where they studied Cambridge GCE A-Levels.
