Sam Allen

Sam Allen is a skilled project engineer currently employed at GeoPura since September 2024. As the founder of On Ice since January 2022, Sam manages all aspects of the burgeoning club night in Nottingham, handling event planning, promotion, talent booking, and stage design. Prior to these roles, Sam held positions at Intelligent Energy as a Senior Integration Engineer, leading the integration of fuel cells into intercity buses in Taiwan, and was a Group Technical Lead at Jaguar Land Rover overseeing test asset design and planning. Sam's engineering background includes roles at Babcock International Group, where contributions ranged from assessing mechanical systems on HMS Somerset to ensuring compliance with nuclear legislation. Sam holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
