Andreas Kranister

Andreas Kranister serves as a Senior Business Intelligence Manager at Georg Fischer since October 2002, where responsibilities include planning data architecture, designing data-related processes, and overseeing the transition from on-premises to cloud solutions. Previously, Andreas held the role of IT Consultant Databases, leading a SQL Server team and providing business intelligence solutions, data integration ETL, and user training on platforms such as Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint. Andreas also possesses extensive experience in SQL Server administration, reporting, integration services, IT project management, and software development in C# and Visual Basic. Prior to Georg Fischer, Andreas worked at Siemens AG Österreich from July 1995 to October 2002 as a Hardware Developer focused on the development of switched power supplies. Andreas holds A-Levels in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Federal Secondary College of Engineering St. Pölten, completed in 1994.
