Lynda Munoz

Lynda Munoz is currently the Senior Human Resources Manager at George Chiala Farms. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Training Specialist at Ingomar Packing Company from June 2011 to June 2016. From August 2009 to April 2012, they were an Enrollment Advisor at the University of Phoenix. And from July 2006 to March 2007, they were a Sr. Manager at Macrovision.

Ms. Munoz has extensive experience in human resources, training, and development. At Ingomar Packing Company, they were responsible for developing and conducting training programs for employees on topics such as safety, company policies and procedures, and sexual harassment prevention. Lynda also created and implemented a new employee orientation program. At the University of Phoenix, they recruited students for graduate and undergraduate programs and disseminated course information. Lynda also ensured that new students were oriented to University policies and services prior to enrollment. And at Macrovision, they led the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) in Oracle with a focus on integrating succession planning processes across all levels and crafting effective career development programs.

Ms. Munoz holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.

Lynda Munoz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Certificate in Training & Human Resource Development from the University of California. Lynda is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.

Their manager is Alice Chiala, President & Chair. They work with Rusty McMillan - Plant Engineer, Ian Teresi - Farm Manager, and Sam Garcia - Production Manager.
